Strategy Development
Working with the Board, Executive, Staff and other Stakeholders to develop a new strategy in a step-wise manner:
Gather background information to inform process through sector analysis, compiling organisational information and acquiring information from stakeholders using a range of tools.
Facilitate brain-storming and co-design with nominated stakeholders.
Compile and organise key elements for stakeholder feedback and further development.
Produce final strategic plan with a launch and implementation plan.
Strategy Review
There is a strategy but it has not been externally tested. A fresh set of eyes may deliver new directions or propose changes in directions or just give added confidence on the strategy.
This can be strategic conversations, workshops or a more detailed analysis.
Problem Solving
Sometimes there are hard decisons to make. An independent voice who can distil facts, emotions and data may help make correct decision.
Not For Profit
I have been CEO of a Not For Profit for 10 years and am an alumnus of Leadership Victoria and the Harvard University Kennedy School. I have set aside 10 weeks services annually for Not for Profits on a no fee basis.
Companies and Start ups
I have led a start up in drug development and delivered a strategic growth agenda in a health service. I am familiar with the pressures of financial viability and the promise of innovation.
Universities and Schools
I have led the integration of University Departments into a University School and in pro bono work the merging of struggling secondary schools into a viable new school. I will help schools on a no fee basis.
